With the right treatment, arthritis symptoms for some may be kept at bay or to a minimum. However, there may still be times where you
experience episodes of pain and inflammation known as flares.
To help manage flares, and keep them to a minimum, there are things both you and your health professional can do. The Arthritis Foundation have put together this article with tips for coping with, and managing episodes of increased pain and other symptoms caused by flares.
