As well as being great for our overall health, we know exercise can have many benefits for our arthritis and its symptoms. But, keeping up
regular exercise habits can be difficult for a wide range of reasons.
The Arthritis Foundation have put together this article to help overcome the 10 most common excuses for skipping exercise. If you can relate to any of these excuses, give some of their suggested strategies a go, to help with taking that first step.

Always talk to your doctor and/or health professional before starting an exercise program. A physiotherapist or exercise physiologist can suggest safe exercises and make sure you are doing your exercises correctly.
