Exercises For Arthritis>Squats
Squats are a great exercise to improve lower body strength to help with activities of daily living such as standing up from a chair. However, when you are beginning it can often be difficult to maintain good posture. Using the support of an exercise ball against a wall can help ensure your trunk stays upright. Try 8-10 reps, for 2-3 sets
